🔄 30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used products
- Opened disposable heads
- Personal care items once opened
We also do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must still be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
